Payment is due in full at time of purchase. For special orders, 50% deposit due at time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup/delivery.

Every cake is handmade, so no two are exactly alike, and that's part of the fun! I'll always do my best to capture the style, colors, and overall vibe while creating something uniquely yours.

Most treats are best enjoyed at room temperature. For cakes, I recommend refrigerating until about 1–2 hours before serving so the cake and buttercream have time to soften for the best flavor and texture. Specific storage instructions will be provided with your order.

Can I cancel my order?Absolutely! We know plans change.7 or more days before pickup: Full refund.3–6 days before pickup: 50% refund.Less than 72 hours before pickup: Unfortunately, orders cannot be refunded because ingredients have been purchased and your desserts are already being prepared.Can I change my order?Small changes (like colors or a message on the cake) may be possible up to 72 hours before pickup. Major design or flavor changes may not be possible once supplies have been ordered or baking has begun.What if I need to reschedule?Life happens! If my schedule allows, I'm happy to transfer your order to a new date with at least 72 hours' notice.
