The more notice, the better! I recommend ordering at least 5–7 days in advance for cakes. Cookies and other treats may be available with less notice depending on my baking schedule. Need something sooner? Send me a message, I can't promise, but I'll always do my best!

Absolutely! You don't need a special occasion to enjoy our Seriously Good Sweets. Cookies, brownies, mini cakes, and other treats are available individually or in larger quantities.

💳 When is payment due?

Payment is due in full at time of purchase. For special orders, 50% deposit due at time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup/delivery.

Definitely! I love mixing and matching cake and buttercream flavors. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, just ask, I may be able to make it happen.

Cakey Bakery Co. operates as a home-based bakery under Ohio Cottage Food Law. All products are made in my home kitchen and are properly labeled in accordance with Ohio regulations.

Every cake is handmade, so no two are exactly alike, and that's part of the fun! I'll always do my best to capture the style, colors, and overall vibe while creating something uniquely yours.

❄️ How should I store my treats?

Most treats are best enjoyed at room temperature. For cakes, I recommend refrigerating until about 1–2 hours before serving so the cake and buttercream have time to soften for the best flavor and texture. Specific storage instructions will be provided with your order.

Can I cancel my order?Absolutely! We know plans change.7 or more days before pickup: Full refund.3–6 days before pickup: 50% refund.Less than 72 hours before pickup: Unfortunately, orders cannot be refunded because ingredients have been purchased and your desserts are already being prepared.Can I change my order?Small changes (like colors or a message on the cake) may be possible up to 72 hours before pickup. Major design or flavor changes may not be possible once supplies have been ordered or baking has begun.What if I need to reschedule?Life happens! If my schedule allows, I'm happy to transfer your order to a new date with at least 72 hours' notice. New dates are subject to availability.What if I forget to pick up my order?Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up on the scheduled day are considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund.What if I'm unhappy with my order?I want you to love your Seriously Good Sweets! If there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours and include photos. I will always do my best to make things right if I made a mistake. Because all desserts are made fresh and are perishable, I cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have already been consumed, stored improperly, or simply weren't to your personal taste.
